The County of Hawai‘i's Disaster Recovery Division is accepting public comment on a draft substantial amendment to its Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Action Plan through July 1.

The draft amendment proposes to apply a $23.72 million CDBG-DR grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to support the Voluntary Housing Buyout Program.
