Anyone wishing to provide testimony may do so in writing by email or fax.  To ensure timely delivery to the Commission, written testimony must be received by 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by: (1) email to cohdlc@hawaiicounty.gov; or (2) fax to (808) 961-8684.  Please specify which agenda item it is being submitted for in the subject line.  All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be part of the permanent record.
