ENGAGE IN SHAPING THE FUTURE OF HAWAII’S WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE

The County of Hawai‘i invites residents to engage in a series of public meetings and to participate in the development of the Integrated Wastewater Management Plan. Mayor Mitch Roth, accompanied by a panel of experts, will lead a discussion on the Statewide cesspool closure deadline and the options that will be explored in the plan including sewer system expansion, new sewer districts, and private cesspool upgrades.
