Hawaii County, HI Planning
Home MenuKona Community Development Plan
The Kona CDP covers the geographic districts of North Kona, reaching nearly to Waikoloa Village, and to South Kona, including the Community of Miloli'i.
The Kona CDP must address each element of the County General Plan as they apply to the district of Kona. This includes a combination of land-use amendments, policies, budgetary items, public-private partnership building, and community-based implementation activities that are needed to accomplish many kinds of goals.
(As amended in September 2019)
The Kona CDP is also available for viewing at either Planning Department office or at your local library!
